Batch Price helps me with answering the question: What does one unit actually cost me to make? What should I charge? Experimenting in the kitchen today. These aren’t brownies, and they aren’t cookies either. They’re something entirely their own: dates, tempered chocolate, caramelized pecans, cacao nibs, panela, and maple sugar. The flavor is honestly ridiculous, but what surprised me most is the texture. Soft and chewy from the dates, crunchy from the caramelized pecans and cacao nibs, all held together by tempered chocolate. I’ve never had anything quite like it, and I’m fairly convinced nothing else like this exists. Happy to be proven wrong. My goal is to bring these to the local farmers market and, hopefully, be the only vendor accepting Bitcoin.
