Keeping it simple today - it usually works out better that way.
Been starting with 25 minutes of meditation. It sets the tone, helps quiet the noise, and strengthens intuition. You’ve gotta clear the chatter if you want to hear the deeper stuff underneath - the real source.
Natural and artificial. Seems safe.
