It's really quite mind blowing how many places in my area already accept bitcoin. I can buy coffee, eat at a restaurant, get a haircut, get groceries, and more. All paid directly from my lightning node. We're quietly moving to a bitcoin standard and so many people don't even realize it. 😂 Many of the popular bitcoin accounts on are so pathetic man: "Having to do this publicly feels so pathetic. It’s been almost a week and 2 appeals later, and I can’t get in touch with anyone who’s willing to help. I haven’t been given any clarification of where I went wrong or if there is a pathway to resolution." Yeah, it's pathetic, but you put yourself in that position when you constantly post the most low effort spammy garbage and pathetically devoted your life to it. And now you are predictably de-monetized and have to beg to get that privilege back. That's LSM for you. Anyway, nostr fixes this, in that you can't get de-monetized, yes, but more importantly, there is no central algorithm or monetizing privilege to game, so that shameless spammy accounts like this cannot thrive.
