This would normally be good news, assuming that it would lower the tax rate and decrease the insanely bloated size of the US government, but of course that will not happen, as resources will go to funding other departments (war). But unironically this might help increase the median American IQ by 2 or 3 points, but we are still trending downwards. Nothing stops this train.
