#grownostr #homesteading #cows Well I've made one rotation on my farm with the cows. The grass was growing a lot so I didn't get to use the whole area but they are now back to where they started. They have grown a lot since they were here last and are very used to the farm but this move was a bit sketchy. I had to move them 375 yards down a road and it got a bit hairy but we got them there. Happy to start the rotation again! Here's a few pictures of the cows when we got them and where they are again.

Between infrastructure projects cows gardens and prepping for pigs alongside a full time job and family, haven't had much time to post. But the cows have settled in really well. I don't have to feed them supplemental hay any more as the grass has come in nicely. Even though I don't have the best pasture they still are in good condition. Been dealing with flies more, but fly paper around their paddocks have helped keep it under control.
