Stay healthy out there #Nostriches. Make sure to get enough protein in and it seems like the sauce to age gracefully and retain muscle mass is the hydrate well, eat well, sleep well, exercise well, and if needed then supplement well. Can't pick and choose. Have to do all those together.
"During these prolonged fasts, I noticed significant muscle loss. After each fast, I had to spend weeks trying to regain the lost muscle mass, and over time, I began to feel weaker and weaker."

Feel like I made another step to degoogle. Wife had an idea of us having a shared calendar so we can put on task we have done around the house and when such as changing air filters.
Been messing around with Etesync and Etar for almost a day even with chatgpt and perplexity I kept running into errors after messing around with Django databases. Found a blog that talked up Radicale and it worked easily with just a couple of commands in the terminal. With Etar and Davx5 from fdroid on the phones, we are good to go. Its not much lile but honest work π
. Next project is to get BTC and sats added to an open source currency app I like but the dev refused to add BTC.
The bets are placed.

I am racking my brain on how to simply add bitcoin and sats to this currency converter app from https://github.com/sal0max/currencies
I am looking at all the files and trying to find what to edit so I can simply slap BTC and Sats in there. The app supports BTC already. I am looking trying to find where to enable this https://docs.openexchangerates.org/reference/supported-currencies

Venice.ai is getting into regular use for me along with Perplexity. Added Quinoa to the mix in the diet and wanted to get stats on that nutrient dense food.

Perplexity has became my go to. I got stuck not knowing how to change custon zap amounts so I asked it how. Got the answer.
"Specifically, search result mentions "Adds double-click to custom Zap amounts and messages" as a new feature in version 0.30.2 of the app. This indicates that you can double-click on the zap button or icon to set a custom zap amount, rather than being limited to the default 500, 1000, and 5000 sats options.
Additionally, search result from the Reddit thread confirms that you can change the default zap amount in Amethyst by long-pressing or double-tapping on the lightning/zap icon. One of the comments suggests holding down the zap button to set a custom amount.
So in summary, while the default zap amounts are pre-set, Amethyst does provide the ability to customize or set your own zap value by either double-clicking/tapping or long-pressing the zap button or icon within the app's interface."
