I know some of you are no longer on Instagram so I figured I would share some of my recipes over here: Being carnivore doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy food and feel deprived. If you’re like me and love food but know eating carnivore has helped heal you, get a little creative with your recipes! This is definitely one of my favorites. Save this recipe! Ingredients: - 1 cup of cottage cheese (I use large curd) - 2 eggs - 2 tbs egg white powder - 1 tbs grass-fed unflavored gelatin - Grass-fed butter - Raw honey (optional) Directions: 1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, egg white powder and gelatin in a bowl. 2. On medium heat, melt butter on a griddle. 3. Use an ice cream scoop to add the mixture to the pan, keeping space between pancakes. 4. Let heat and brown slightly before flipping. Pancakes can be delicate, so sometimes I use two spatulas (wooden and silicone). 5. Once flipped, let sit for an additional 3-4 minutes or until browned. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 until all pancakes are cooked. Note: Plastic utensils for cooking can release harmful chemicals into your food when exposed to high heat, posing potential health risks, so we try not to use them. Makes about 6-8 pancakes. I often double the recipe to have extra pancakes for the next day (about 12). Add more butter and raw honey on top! (Honey isn’t considered carnivore, but it is animal-based). #animalbaseddiet #animalbased #ketorecipe #carnivorerecipes #animalbasedrecipes #lowcarbrecipe #nutritionheals #agirlskitchen #meatbased #carnivorediet

Some mornings it’s steak other mornings it’s carnivore pancakes. Either way I never thought breakfast could be this simple and healing. What’s your go to breakfast? #gm #carnivore #animalbased #meatbased

#GM Breakfast is the easiest meal in our house. Most mornings it’s eggs cooked in butter and some fruit on the side. Simple quick and everyone is happy. I used to overcomplicate mornings but keeping it the same has made life easier. What’s your go to breakfast? #breakfastideas #carnivore #animalbased #meatbased

Cooking eggs in vegetable oil is wild to me. Butter is the only way. What do you use? #meatbased #animalbased #carnivore #nostr

For years I lived with depression and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get out of it. I knew it wasn’t normal but I felt stuck in that place. What surprised me was how much shifting to carnivore helped lift that heaviness. It didn’t fix everything overnight but it gave me hope again. Food can change so much more than just your body it can change your mind too. #GM #coffeechat (a photo of my coffee just because it’s been a while 🙃). #carnivore #meatbased #animalbased #nostr #proofofsteak image

It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here. I felt the need to step away this summer and just be more present with the kids. My YouTube views slowed down, work slowed down, and I started feeling stuck. Those negative thoughts can creep in fast and instead of forcing content just to keep up I decided to share more of what felt real, reels about my journey and family summer moments. Now that the kids are back in school I’m in that space of figuring out what’s next, what direction I want to go in. So this is me keeping myself accountable and saying hi again 👋 On TikTok I even have a little group chat going where I’m trying to purple pill them into Nostr 🙃 so that’s been fun. At the end of the day I just want to create in a way that feels true, connect with people, and keep learning as I go. #asknostr #carnivoremom #boymom #nostr #purplepill

They say focusing on yourself is selfish. But being exhausted, inflamed, and running on caffeine isn’t a badge of honor. For years, I put everyone else first. I thought that’s what a good mom does. But how good can we really be when we feel like crap? When we’re snapping over everything. When we’re bloated, anxious, burnt out. When we don’t even recognize ourselves in the mirror. I had to unlearn the lie that healing is selfish. It’s not. It’s how I show up better. For them, and for me. What part of your healing are you choosing right now? Let me know in the comments 👇🏻 we’re in this together. #selfcare #carnivore #animalbased #meatbased #asknostr #nostrmom

Everyone talks about how amazing carnivore is but no one tells you what it’s like when it gets hard. In this episode, I’m sharing what I wish someone told me when I started: the truth about detox, cravings, why you might feel worse before better, and how to stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. If you're in the middle of it and wondering if it’s even working… this is for you. New podcast episode is out! Click here to watch ➡️ #podcast #gm #carnivore #meatbased #truetalk #asknostr

Most people eat healthy… and still feel like crap! I used to be one of them. I followed all the “healthy” advice. Greens, grains, protein shakes, snacks every few hours. And I still felt bloated, tired, moody, and foggy. Turns out, just because something is labeled healthy doesn’t mean it actually works for your body. I stopped following the rules and started following how I felt. Everything changed. Now I eat simple, real food. No drama. No bloat. No guessing. If you’re doing everything “right” and still not feeling right, you’re not crazy. You’re just following the wrong blueprint.

POV: You spent your 30s surviving. Syke. Your 40s are for healing. I lived in survival mode for years: - Anxiety since I was a kid - 8 years of depression - Brain fog so bad I’d reread the same sentence five times - Constant fatigue, even after 10 hours of sleep - Thyroid issues - Gut problems, daily bloating, and no clue what to eat without feeling worse I followed what everyone said was “healthy”: X The gut protocol X Juicing X More veggies, less meat X Gluten-free X Keto Tried it all. Still felt like crap. The real change started when I stopped trying to do everything... and finally gave my body what it actually needed. The carnivore diet simplified everything. It gave my body a break and gave me myself back. I finally feel like me again. And I’m just getting started. Follow along if your 30s wrecked you too. Healing is possible. It just might look nothing like what you were told.

“Wait… you eat mostly meat and do yoga?” Yup. And I meditate too. 🧘‍♀️ There’s this common belief that yogis and people who meditate are always vegan, vegetarian, or at least plant-heavy eaters. Lots of green smoothies, tofu, and chickpeas. But here I am—meat-based (mostly carnivore), deeply connected to my body, and completely in love with yoga and meditation. Turns out, you don’t have to follow the plant-based script to be grounded, mindful, and in tune with yourself. This is what works for me. Curious—have you ever felt like you don’t “fit the mold” of a lifestyle you love? Let’s talk about it in the comments. #yogi #meatbased #carnivore #asknostr #nostr #plebchain
