So I figured I would answer the question that so many are wondering…Do you need a butcher cutting board to be carnivore? Spoiler: NO! But let’s dive in. I’ve got a podcast on YouTube (link in bio) where I share my journey from day one to over six months on the carnivore diet. So why the butcher/cutting boards? Maybe it looks more rustic and authentic. Truth is, who knows who started this trend—it’s exactly that, a trend! But I promise it’s okay to use a regular plate like I do 😜. But if you are going to use a butcher board, they are definitely better than plastic, which can be toxic and harbor bacteria. But you don’t have to follow the crowd—use what works for you!
