I brought this apple tv with me like the remnant of pandemic. Finally plugged it back in to this flat screen about the exit the house to test big screen vs small screen on the kid. WOW. Big screen you can definitely get more attention and group experience watching something with a kid. The mistake is STREAMING. Watched a vacuous show that just never ends with the kid called STILLWATER made by Apple...essentially it is teaching values and vacuous concepts, might as well be generated by #ai. That is when I realized this apple tv and siri, infinite streaming are brain damage for kids. Must get those out of the house. Intentional consumption and teaching the kid to control incoming media is highest priority.

Found out from @drjackkruse that the good light you need comes through the clouds, so get outside and get your sun regardless of the cloud covering. Anyone know of a better app or more simple for just finding the sun? Will keep experimenting.
