after a while, your brain deletes bad memories. that's why you have to remember them again. knowing what you don't want is as important as knowing what you want.

i was shocked to find out that people are talking to ai models about their personal issues.
again, people are using a tool in the worst way possible, just like they use the internet to spend 8 hours a day on instagram.
