What exactly happens when I block an account on #Amethyst? Seems to persist per user but I'm not clear on if that into gets sent to relays in some form. Report is different in that it's supposedly public but also curious about the kind there.

What is the cost per user for Nostr? This is the cost of all the relays divided by the fraction of relays the average user connects to. Thinking about whether free relays will last or will go away as the expense grows.
