IBMs quantum computer breaks an ECDSA key that a high schooler could break with pen and paper.

Let's go full calle!

With this coco-cashu supports basic mint and melt, send and receive, deterministic secrets, restore, and automatic state syncs via web sockets.
I am now working to bolt it into eNuts and see how well it works. 🔥

I guess coco-cashu is getting close to it's first alpha release!
coco-cashu-core v0.9 is out! New in this version:
- Watcher Services that will keep check on pending mint quotes and inflight proofs. Once paid or spent they will automatically remove proofs from the database or mint the respective mint quote.
- A Socket Manager that will try to reconnect broken Web Socket connections and will cause the Subscription Manager to resub all pending subscriptions.
- When a mint quote is redeemed and minted (whether automatically or manually) the Mint Quote Service will now emit a mint-quote:redeemed event
I have been thinking about upgrading my screen and RAM on my Framework for months now... I just can not decide...
What a great problem to have! Imagine not being able to upgrade your RAM lol
I really wonder how people manage to hit their limits on Cursor subscriptions...
Go!

No context needed

The fact that a big part of the whole debate is now about people instead of ideas is showing it’s absurdity
I have added WebSocket subscriptions to coco-cashu.
This was the most complex feature so far, because I wanted it to work fully automatic, for wallets that can support long-running subscriptins, but at the same time enable on-demand updates for more ephemeral processes like CLI wallets would have.
So you can now enable the MintQuoteWatcher which will watch all pending quotes and redeem them automatically, or you can use the API to await payments on certain quotes manually.
How is POW going to stop bitchat spam, if the real users are on mobile devices while the attacker runs on cloud infrastructure or bare metal?
Macros in… JavaScript?! Oh noooo

Macros - Bun
Run JavaScript functions at bundle-time with Bun macros
Didn’t get a new tattoo for some years now…
But “;;;;;;” would be killer
Oof

My personal goal for coco-cashu is to make Cashu wallet dev so easy and accessible that Opus can one shot a Cashu electrum wallet.
I think we can get there
coco-cashu now exposes an API to restore proofs. It will request all keysets, restore the proofs and update all counters accordingly.
