Are we having the hard conversations with our loved ones?
I don’t mean about the war or the latest violent, enraging, extreme issue du jour. I mean about our own pain and suffering. Where we take responsibility for our own abusive tendencies. Where we are vulnerable and can heal. Bitterness and hatred can’t survive if we stay connected to our humanity.

Are we nourishing the life around us, caring, loving and connecting with the humans in our immediate surroundings?
How much of the discourse about this war is actually happening outside of the vortex and vitriol of social media? Are we shouting into echo chambers?
Can we even confirm some of the comments on here are accounts of ordinary people or are they operatives fueling the division between us? Making us believe we are less evolved than we really are?
