How much of the discourse about this war is actually happening outside of the vortex and vitriol of social media? Are we shouting into echo chambers? Can we even confirm some of the comments on here are accounts of ordinary people or are they operatives fueling the division between us? Making us believe we are less evolved than we really are?

I am speaking to those of us who are allowing events we have little to no physical control over, to interfere with our own individual missions as peacemakers. There has been a war on life & humanity since the beginning of time. Same force of death, different representation. While some of us have the luxury of safety from physical warfare, psychological warfare is being waged upon us.

We can accept and acknowledge innocent human beings’ victimhood without inundating ourself with images of murder everyday. I am not dismissing the need to spread awareness for the voiceless and mourn. However, do not underestimate the power to help innocent victims through honoring and celebrating the life around us with gratitude, compassion, curiosity, courage, prayer and surrender to God.

Sometimes I have to remind myself that just BEING and enjoying life is a part of healing too.
