Birth rates have been on the decline in the west for decades. While this is contributed to many factors, most experts agree there are two main reasons. 1) in the past the cost of living was substantially lower, making it more affordable to raise several children. 2) in the past children were an EXCELLENT source of free labor, particularly around the family farms/buisnesses. Since it is far too unreasonable to expect the cost of living to be lowered in order to incentivize a rise in birth rates, we have only one other option. Repeal all child labor laws.
