GM from an unusually moody Monday in El Salvador. 👀 I finally tried this Fermented Pacamara from @the guy running GoodBeans 🇸🇻 and it’s unlike any coffee I’ve had before. The tasting profile is truly unique, with notes of carob, tamarind, Worcestershire, and balsamic vinegar, but with well balanced acidity and bitterness. This coffee is not for everyone, but that’s what I love about it. I told Gabe I wanted something ✨funky✨, and he delivered something extraordinary and adventurous. image

Oops, I forgot to put something very important on my list of goals for 2025. Bask in the golden embrace of the sun, letting its warmth kiss my skin with a timeless glow.

This morning I took 2 x 500mg maca, 1 dropper of LifeBlud methylene blue, and a had a cacao, raw milk, coffee + maple syrup concoction. I feel absolutely, blissfully unflappable. image

Attempting to shift from “I don’t have time” to “I have an abundance of time and make rewarding decisions on how I use that time” is the most challenging mindset shift I’ve ever introduced to myself.

Guys, keep me in your prayers. I’m so tired that I just put dried pasta into unsalted water. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yesterday a Torogoz set up camp outside my bedroom window, all day. Such a stunning bird! Do yall know what the Torogoz symbolizes and why it was chosen as El Salvador’s national bird? image

Things I paid for in bitcoin from 9-11am today: - dairy from my supplier for my butter biz - free range eggs - Greek yogurt - coffee - gas Partially direct v4v, partially through a MC funded with btc. Things may not be perfect in “Bitcoin Country”, but it could be worse.

Beautiful, local, low intervention orange wine. A orange lining of visiting the homelands 🇨🇦. This one just so happened to be made partially in my favourite style of clay fermentation and aging. Ancient knowledge lives on. image

Walked into [redacted Canadian bank name] proudly wearing a @M A D E X shirt to deal with some BS this afternoon. Felt silly walking into a bank, but at least I had a silent FU.

The feminine urge to study primal nutrition, open a cafe, source only local products, design the space yourself, start a homestead with help from your suppliers, have a baby, raise your kid between the cafe & homestead, open another restaurant, and then start then a design firm.

Been in Canada for a week. Seen the sun once. Feeling a little bit under the weather. My family is insisting it’s a cold, that “something’s going around”. I keep telling them my diagnosis is Lack of Sunlight and an admittedly unadjusted circadian routine. They think the cure is oranges and Tylenol. I think the cure is more outside exposure and a scarf and pickle juice and loving family connections. It’s okay, we are all on our own paths.
