GM, found and (hopefully resolved) an important bug this morning. After the KEY was running in bunker mode for 4 days in AUTO mode with multiple wifi disconnects eventually it fell back in AP mode and wasn’t able to reconnect to web sockets. Simple fix , guard it from AUTO switching to AP mode when in Bunker mode.

#nostr #btc GM, today I have added a new security feature for the Favilla Key. After X amount of time when the device is left unlocked, it will arm itself. After that, any movement detected via an accelerometer will auto lock the device.

GM, Swapping over secure elements (SE051 on the left) vs (ATECC 608B on the right) . SE051 has native PIN verification and AES encryption. 608B has neither and the firmware fakes both, having todo do round trips. The difference is huge.
