@Jack Spirko is 12 years old to young for laws of life? I did my best to explain laws of life to my 12 yo daughter and she said that sounds interesting and she would be interested in reading it with me! I was initially thinking of reading a chapter and highlighting things that resonate with me or putting my own thoughts in it and then let her read the chapter and then we each do our own workbook together. I am not sure what the best approach is but I do want to be intentional. I might wait to go through it with my 10 year old and 8 year old but maybe we should all go through it together. Is anyone doing milk kefir, water kefir, or kombucha? I'm looking for different strains to broaden my gut bacteria. I'm doing homemade yogurt and kombucha now. I had the idea last night to see if anyone in here knows the history of their grains/strains and if they were bred for different uses or reasons.
