Lover of people.
My heart gets touched deeply by this place. It’s a pleasure to be having the human experience with all its ups and downs.

Social media has been hijacked by dope dealers. You realise you’re addicted when you try to step away from it.
The world has become too noisy. I have to build bespoke tools for adaptation. I need a defense against the mind and soul attack I feel out here.
Pride is vulnerability.
Defensiveness invites attack.
The world wages war against hearts. Very few make it into mature age with open and tender hearts. I hope to be one of those who make it.

Wise investors know you can’t time the market. Those who try eventually go bankrupt. Yet, many people try to time their relationships. They look at someone’s current state, try to predict their future utility, and decide if they’re worth keeping around.
This is a recipe for emotional bankruptcy. When you treat people like stocks, you end up with a portfolio of shallow connections and no idea who is who in the zoo.
The wisest move is to just be kind. Serve whoever is in front of you without calculating their future ROI. Don't be a speculator; be a human.
If I am not in control of my attention, I cannot be free. Whoever controls it is my master. To be eligible for inner freedom and sovereignty, one has to master one's attention. You have to guard it and guide it.
I love time. It pierces through so much BS.
It’s really awesome having you on there @franny it’s a labour of love. I feel fortunate to get to serve in this way.

What if you needed nothing and all your actions flowed from purpose, love, and service. That sounds like a beautiful life for me.
Reality kicked my ass today. Brain fried.
I waved to the sun this morning, haha. It felt silly but gave me so much joy.
