I’m so disgusted by yet another blatant war crime by #Israel yesterday. It sickens me that nothing more than a finger wag is actually being done by anyone in a position to convince them this is not okay, and not even that is done by the US administration. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. 
I’d appreciate your thoughts on this article. Also, how does this relate to the L-BTC that we can peg into and out of? It seems that either I’m missing something or terms are being reused.

I am really interested in bcachefs, but I think it’s perfectly acceptable for the maintainers to kick it if the maintainer is a jerk. I’ve worked with really smart jerks and it just isn’t worth it. To be fair, I also don’t agree with how Linus treats people, but no one has the power to change Linus, they do have the power to not perpetuate it though. I hope they work it out.

Q: how can a small #business go about accepting #bitcoin / #lightning along side fiat in the US? I’ve got a few friends and acquaintances who are not a techies who I’d like to pitch this idea to.
I want someone to integrate #Bitchat bridging into the #Meshtastic firmware so you can optionally have people on both chattting away, say at a camp out or conference. Each participating Meshtastic radio would be able to support nearby people in my theoretical world.

After trying #Fedora, I jumped over to #Ubuntu yesterday because a few commercial apps I really want are only packaged for it. I again added #Hyprland tricked out via 
and like it for the most part, but am not sure it'll stick... we shall see. I still want to make some adjustments based on #Omarchy and integrate what I can from my #NixOS setup.

Wes: how do you deal with the fact that #ESPHome in #nix is always way behind? I have tried going that route for building updates but it lags behind HAOS and the associated add in too much. So far for me, I’ve resorted to using a virtual environment on macOS to do builds so that the versions match and builds are fast.
