If satoshi is watching what has been going on with plans to invite spam onto the bitcion blockchain, then what might he do as a result? Perhaps sell 80,000 bitcoin?

I am hearing that v30 of Bitcoin core is an invitation to store images on the blockchain. Does this make it a legal risk to run a Bitcoin node? Is this an attack on Bitcoin?
