Yesterday I was in a forest with zero signal. There were mosquitoes around. I remembered that some B vitamins are supposed to repel mosquitoes, but I needed to confirm, to sound cool with my family. My nephew just created (with my help) a Nostr account for his drawings. @BATCAT KOMIX. I created an npub site for him as well. Facebook/Instagram would not have him, it's since 13/18 years (even though his parents approve). Question: Are there kids nostriches here he could follow? Especially if they like drawing. #asknostr

Hey @primal, there is this annoying bug. I have a folding Android device (Pixel Fold with GrapheneOS). It either looks like this, where only half of the screen is used, or it is full screen and blinks through black screen a few times per second (that's when I close it and switch to Amethyst for a few days). would someone look into it?

Which Nostr client has the best new user onboarding experience and why? Needs to be multiplatform (at least Android and iOS). I am updating an older article on Nostr, which shows a client that no longer exists. Where should I point new users? Preferably it should be able to scan QR codes with npubs - in that case I will use it also during a keynote to follow me and the conference account. #asknostr

You need to know the password to post, the key is derived from it. So everyone who knows the password can post. No one has any additional privileges, the password is direct knowledge of the private key. You spread the password enough to enlarge the anonymity set, but not too much in order to not degrade the quality and vibe of the account. Code here:

I've added Keet, I've completely updated Status because they have an epic new version that's more decentralized and it's a replacement for Discord rather than Signal. I threw out XX messenger because they stopped developing it. And I added Nostr-based messengers - direct messages, 0xchat and keychat.

Pridal som Keet, úplne som aktualizoval Status, lebo majú epickú novú verziu, ktorá je decentralizovanejšia a je to skôr náhrada Discordu ako Signalu. Vyhodil som XX messenger, lebo ho prestali vyvíjať. A pridal som Nostr-based messengers - priame správy, 0xchat a keychat.
