Not gonna lie, I’m disappointed in how Alby responded regarding this password reset “incident”. I think deflecting blame to public breaches is a very risky move when others have clearly shown that email addresses are being leaked by your service. But, I’ll say from experience, incident response is hard. Like, really hard.
