For those homeschooling, are you using any paid curriculum for rambunctious kindergarten/1st grade aged boys? We have a very hard time getting him interested in studying, so trying to find fun ways to get him going. Strong preference on minimal screen time required.

Bank appraisals on homes are such a scam and flawed idea. I worked in mortgages for a bit, and appraisers would regularly call loan officers and ask what they needed the appraisal to come back at to complete the deal. 99% of the time, the price would come within a few thousand (up or down), with no firm explanation as to how they came to that number. The value of a home is what someone will pay for it. That’s literally how market economics work.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination is further proof the corporate media is dead. He had an immense amount of influence, particularly with young people, that he became a threat to the system. Someone who came from completely out of the system. And pissed off the wrong people because of it.
