Bank appraisals on homes are such a scam and flawed idea. I worked in mortgages for a bit, and appraisers would regularly call loan officers and ask what they needed the appraisal to come back at to complete the deal. 99% of the time, the price would come within a few thousand (up or down), with no firm explanation as to how they came to that number. The value of a home is what someone will pay for it. That’s literally how market economics work.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination is further proof the corporate media is dead. He had an immense amount of influence, particularly with young people, that he became a threat to the system. Someone who came from completely out of the system. And pissed off the wrong people because of it.

If you’re advocating for gun control after this, you’re hopelessly lost and it’s unlikely anything will ever get you to see reason.

I don’t have an informed technical opinion on the whole knots vs core debate, but the knots people pushing this narrative around CSAM is HIGHLY suspect. Anytime someone is using fear as a bludgeon in a complicated, nuanced debate, I immediately turn against them. Not to say they’re wrong, but it’s just such an overused tactic by bad actors, there’s really no other option but to be skeptical.

Sam Altman on Tucker and he’s so obviously back tracking on all of his ridiculous claims over the last 3 or 4 years. He’s such an obvious con man, I don’t understand how anyone trusts anything this psychopath says.
