Traditionally, I’ve been terrible at budgeting. My answer was always just to out earn my spending, which has worked for a long time. But now, I’m at a point where earning more requires some pretty significant sacrifices that I’m not willing to make. And I’m definitely not sending my wife back to work. We started doing zero based budgets at the start of the year, and it’s been incredibly effective. It’s so satisfying to plan for a financial need months in advance and know for certain it’s handled.

What’s your go to way to teach kids computers? My son has been seeing my write code lately and is showing a lot of interest. He doesn’t quite know how to read yet, but he’s super close, so also trying to push him on that.

I want to be able to purchase movies and tv shows with sats, download them via torrent clients, and have the right to store them forever.

Jack Dorsey was always highly suspect to me. This whole thing about sats being confusing only confirms my feelings.
