I figured those in #coffeechain and @Coffee ☕ in particular would be interested in an old steam coffee mill from the 1870s that I explored today. It's obviously not working anymore but I think it'd be cool if they restored it maybe not to functional but reuse the space and leave the equipment on display for something else to keep the history alive
