Recently, I have tried being idle on my commute to work or walks.
Not listening to podcasts or music, and instead just being there: looking at things on my way like other people, stuff you can find on the street.
Our brains hate being bored/idle. It takes some effort to form that habit, too.
In a moment of weakness, I almost replied to a meme on LinkedIn. 😅
I'd be humbled to lose my job for doing something like this. 👌
