Trezor is alerting users about a phishing campaign that abuses its automated support system to send deceptive emails from its official platform.

#TIL useful to see on replies whether you are following any given account. I came across a reply of a #copycat account (same short name, same avatar pic) and I quickly noticed it's not on my followed list 👌 (this copycat account has just a handful of followers in comparison, but still.)

I expected many normies would welcome ditching #WhatsApp in favour of apps like #Telegram, but the network effect is strong.. No wonder some still see Telegram like "bad guys" (and gals) app, but hey... We need to pick our battles.

Have played with hosting my #nip05 on #github pages yet #amethyst is not happy about it, as it shows a red dot. Checked with several online guides, even found somebody reporting the same issue. No redirects, CORS checks out, at least one other client is okay with it. I'm neither on VPN nor tor while testing. So far so good, at least my Nostr profile has some more personality now. 😆

I enjoyed this episode a lot. Never mind the interview was 8 years later, it gives his recount of what happened a more serene look at how crazy must've felt back then. Little tear was shed as he mentioned how other cybersecurity researchers couldn't bear the stress of US prosecution.
