My knee popped from a very light heel hook the other day, 0 pain at the time, but now its popping a lot more often through out the day and noticing some slight dull pain maybe a 1 or 0.5 out of 10 after kneeling for a bit. Got me feeling a little paranoid 😅

Over heard a couple black belts comment on me being a fun roll, that's a win for today.
