I post on X because I feel like i still have a lot to say to the people there, but I come here looking for kindred spirits.

Is Bitcoin still a thing
Hate to say this, but I just got off of calls with three very powerful people. No, they're not wildly rich. No, they don't control the lives of many others. No, they aren't going to pump the price of your bags.
Their power is their self-sovereignty and their desire to be free, happy, and purposeful.
You too are equally powerful. You only need to want to live your purpose and commit to doing so as your first step, even if you don't yet know what that is.
From there you'll start to see a purpose you're passionate about and able to become more excellent at through the course of your life. And then, let go of your fears and start working towards making your dream a reality through hard work, perseverance, conviction, openness, an abundance mindset, focus, and determination.
he American dream of owning a house, having a steady job and a healthy family was noble for its time.
The Bitcoinian dream builds on this by changing steady job to pursuit of one's true creative and/or productive purpose.
… and, of course, the Bitcoinian dream is available everywhere to everyone, always.
Don't expect the state to do what is incumbent upon the people to do.
GM once again. Right on schedule.

GM.
Sun’s about to rise.
It’s gonna be a beautiful day.

Bitcoin delivers you to your life’s work, it does not free you from it. You must do the work to make your dream a reality. If it was just something you could buy with money, something someone else was selling, then it is someone else’s life’s work. That’s fine for them, and good for you, but it won’t deliver fulfillment like pursuing and doing the work of working on your life’s work.
A transformation is underway which cannot be stopped.

I’ve started a Keet.io room where I’m making available a free pdf of my book, Why Bitcoin, and where we can discuss chapters.

GM, fellow users of the best money that energy can buy.
Hi nostriches. It’s nice here. This is like a small town. That other place is like walking down the street on 5th Avenue during rush hour. I know we wish for the world to come to nostr, but I’ll sure miss these early days when it actually does.
Live and let live.
Love and let love.
Money has meaning. It means work. Take the meaning - the work - out and you have meaningless money. And when you work for something that is meaningless that shatters the meaning of your life. Put meaning back into money. Put it back into your life.
Choose #Bitcoin.
There's a lot of appealing stuff about Bitcoin. The bitcoiners who are into peace and love are the part that appeal to me the most.
This is the level of genius and honesty we’re up against. If we somehow manage to lose we really don’t deserve anything at all. View quoted note →
How does inscribing public keys on the blockchain help? Is it just basically pgp with a decentralized nameserver?
