Hate to say this, but I just got off of calls with three very powerful people. No, they're not wildly rich. No, they don't control the lives of many others. No, they aren't going to pump the price of your bags.
Their power is their self-sovereignty and their desire to be free, happy, and purposeful.
You too are equally powerful. You only need to want to live your purpose and commit to doing so as your first step, even if you don't yet know what that is.
From there you'll start to see a purpose you're passionate about and able to become more excellent at through the course of your life. And then, let go of your fears and start working towards making your dream a reality through hard work, perseverance, conviction, openness, an abundance mindset, focus, and determination.

he American dream of owning a house, having a steady job and a healthy family was noble for its time.
The Bitcoinian dream builds on this by changing steady job to pursuit of one's true creative and/or productive purpose.
… and, of course, the Bitcoinian dream is available everywhere to everyone, always.
The opportunity to find your purpose and work on your dreams is going to be greater than at any point in history. It already is. Don't make excuses. Find your dream. Start the work of building it - a little step at a time at first, but building, not writing about it, not talking about it, building it.
Don't sit back and expect or let Michael Saylor carry Bitcoin on hist shoulders. Carry the mission yourself. And carry Bitcoin where you want it to go, which may not be exactly where he's taking it.
Don't expect the state to do what is incumbent upon the people to do.
My purpose is to inspire people to become bitcoiners and to inspire bitcoiners to build the greatest civilization in the history of mankind. I have a lot of work ahead of me.
A civlilization of freedom, reason, hope, science, spiritual fulfilment, friendship, love, creativity, courage, justice, openness, tolerance, mercy, kindness, intelligence, patience, wisdom and hopefully many other virtues.
Bitcoin can and will always go higher, but you have only a limited time here and there's lots for you to do to realize your fullest potential and figure out how to make your true dreams come true.
And, btw, true dreams are not something you can buy at a store or car dealership. They're thing you make real that you want to be real, that weren't real until you put in the years of effort to make them real.
Don't wait for Bitcoin to hit some magical price. Get started on fulfilling your calling, realizing your purpose, and making your true dreams come true now.

Man, do I ever love authentic people. Just be yourself and you’ll draw in people who genuinely love you.
Bitcoin delivers you to your life’s work, it does not free you from it. You must do the work to make your dream a reality. If it was just something you could buy with money, something someone else was selling, then it is someone else’s life’s work. That’s fine for them, and good for you, but it won’t deliver fulfillment like pursuing and doing the work of working on your life’s work.
The price of bitcoin is now a function of institutional interest.
But the survival and advancement of the ideals of Bitcoin will forever remain a function of the radicalized zealots for freedom and self determination.
I don't make the rules - Satoshi did - But I sure as hell am not gonna let some stuffed shirt change them - ever.
A transformation is underway which cannot be stopped.

Erik and I having a conversation about Bitcoin’s impact on us, here for white paper day. View quoted note →
I've written and had published two books, both on Bitcoin, both somewhat original.
The first is the only Bitcoin coffee-table book I know of, "Why Bitcoin," which you can get at in either softcover or hardcover. (You can get a free pdf of the book at http://swan.com/whybitcoin, but a pdf doesn't look sharp on your coffee table.) Sorry it's pricey, but it's print on demand on the highest quality paper they offer. I get lots of feedback that this is an excellent book for orange-pilling people because of its short and plainly-worded chapters, making it easy to understand, while addressing many of the key questions people have about Bitcoin, especially in the early chapters.
The second is an illustrated Bitcoin book for kids telliing the story of Bitcoin's creation, called "Satoshi Nakamoto and His Bitcoin Invention." This one is published by Shamory and can be bought at
A perfect Christmas present for the kids of parents you've tried to orange-pill but now have to move down their bloodliine.
