Mostly Bitcoin Only. My stuff is TLDR on purpose so you can pick/choose what you want. Bitcoin Store of Value first but then MoE, least friction. Open Source is King. Filters are not Censorship. Bitcoin is Time (Gigi). Timechain. Ocean. Bitcoin Knots. I am a 35 year BI Developer using a competing product of Microstrategy but now am a MSTR /Saylor supporter. Non-Partisan. npub1mp77smkmq77zwp3d8ke2let567cype0m3lhwx7v97gu2fans40qsn7vzdd
January 24th, 1848. That is when the California Gold Rush started. Bitcoin is the modern day Digital Gold and the Great Worldwide Bitcoin Rush hasn't even started with a one percent adoption as of today. Bitcoin Fever. When will your loved ones catch it? "I have a fever, and the only cure is more Bitcoin." Can someone change this from cowbell to Bitcoin?
NOSTR, I am just a little mini boxer named Odesa. I feel right at home here but am trying to lose my Twitter Bones. It's a tough addiction even if it is a crappy product and mostly terrible experience. I have never made any good connections over there. I look forward to cutting ties altogether and helping put out great content.
It is pretty interesting how the MIT soldier guy's book is not selling on Amazon anywhere. Of course no one on the Internet would speculate on plagiarism, using a school's name to make Money, etc. If he goes down, that means of the three MIT guys SBF, JL, and Saylor, only Saylor's Bitcoin Sails are Flags are still flying high.
Back in March there was a ditch Twitter for NOSTR and it was great. Why can't I stop scrolling on Twitter. I need to be over here. @Gigi is my inspiration but I a much weaker I guess.
Have you, or a close loved one, ever been diagnosed with a terminal disease like cancer? We spend our life trying to find a trusted mechanic, but we get sick and go to the nearest doctor? You get humbled really fast working with world renowned specialists in a particular cancer. You find out, what you think you really know is so far from reality you look like an idiot. When lives are on the line, it is way more than just a bruised ego, your stupidity or arrogance can kill. My point, when you get sick, get at least a second opinion and with Bitcoin get 100 opinions or ask AI and get a million opinions at once on Bitcoin and cancer but talk to specialists. In Medicine and Bitcoin Finance.
Apparently, according to our US media, Janet Yellen was able to instill some confidence with the Chinese. Her ability to instill confidence on any subject is deeply troubling. We are in trouble.
NOSTR + AI + Bitcoin + L2 Lightning = Government Nightmare/People Dream
Humans have IQ, EQ, Social Q, Adversity Q, and some say Muscle Quotient or any Specific Body Part Quotients, etc. AI doesn't have to have any of that. Bitcoin doesn't care about whether you are human or a computer, as long as you have a Key you can use Bitcoin and reap the same benefits. Question, will you, a smart human, with a smart phone, tap into your IQ/EQ/AQ/SQ etc. and get into Bitcoin before a stupid computer does?
NOSTR is brilliant, this is just outstanding. I have been chuckling all day. ZapplePay. What a total cock punch to AAPL. image
As Gigi taught us, Bitcoin is all about the Timechain/Time. There is just so much of people's time and energy and focus on trying to sway people to adopt or learn about Bitcoin. What if that is all wrong? Since the beginning of time, people's mindsets have been difficult if not impossible to change. Ask any of the greatest people in advertising how hard it is to change a person, who is brand loyal, to another brand. No different than Bitcoin, but Bitcoin is just so vastly different and as a CEO, appropriately named Fink, said Bitcoin has the ability to 'transform Finance.' Again, does he realize how much effort and time and resources it takes to change people's mindsets let alone individual minds? What if that approach is a waste of time? Where am I going with this? There are two horses in the race to simply understand Bitcoin. One is human, one is machine. Ask AI models about Bitcoin, incredible answers, I send people there first instead of arguing with animate humans argue with an inanimate computer. One that is backed by 1,000,000 opinions instead of one. Two horses. One clock. Bitcoin uses energy. AI needs energy to survive and will need micropayments on already built Level 2 Bitcoin rails (think Lightning/Money over IP) to get what AI needs to continue autonomously without humans. Impossible on legacy FIAT and 3% anything is laughably unrealistic. Machines using the same 'keys' a human would on an immutable network with almost perfect uptime, on an open source ledger, with 14 years of experience moving trillions of dollars, worldwide, at the speed of light for fractions of a penny at times. Bottom line, you need to be into Bitcoin not only before it connects with humans but also before it connects via AI computers. Tick-Tock, next Timechain Block. Study Bitcoin but kick up the speed in which you do it since you may be running out of precious time.
Hey (not sure I have your right NOSTR pub key) npub1hwd7msg6kqtdxwfjcpw39jejanlj9ml48tjgcx0rr8v9ndmfce3s8n52ff I meant to say how cool I think findthatbit.com is, I see incredible usage. Don't get discouraged if it takes time for people to really use it. It could be a massive education tool and for Bitcoiners to quickly goto to reference, especially in debate. (Never mind AI is on our side for most debates.) Saylor deserves to be thoroughly documented and this is a hobby for me. For now, here is feedback, if you want, use this one post I did on "Digital Gold versus Analogue Gold" to show where you can fill some holes. Extremely manual, it took me the most time - I will never say how long -- to find the hidden Saylor Gold Nuggets*** than it did to compile the posts. Note my resources below. *** My post: (Has the entire Gold Debate from Bloomberg in it, that was not available had to use tools to transcribe.) Feedback: 1) You are missing a lot of content 2) In the content you are capturing, there could be multiple instances of Gold, referenced at various times in one hours long podcast/video. 3) Manually doing things, I had to really search, the biggest issue is when the podcasts are not transcribed. (I had to do some of my own - pain ). 4) Also, can it find bits on non-audio/video, say like scanning the "The Bitcoin Standard" that Saif has out there for free. (Such a cool thing to do by the way.) Regardless, if you want using the one post, if you somehow get Saylor stuff on Findthatbit.com it would be enormous help. My take and motivation is, what Satoshi wrote and anyone since him, Bitcoin is timeless info that still can be consumed and is still being referenced or rehashed and rehashed and rehashed. Saylor resources you may be able to use: Breedlove "Saylor Series": https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2jAZ0x9H0bQFY6wIbQfnrnIlqMcSHd6X Or from here: https://www.listennotes.com/podcasts/the-what-is-money/the-saylor- series-episode-2-ftSvWp_4gXP/ https://www.listennotes.com/podcasts/the-what-is-money/the-saylor-series-episode-3-rmYfQeN Stephen Chow Collection: Great stuff, Saylor followed him early on as Saylor has publicly complained how hard it is to find what he has said in the past on Twitter Search. It's really terrible.) https://chowcollection.medium.com/ Saifedean: "The Bitcoin Standard" (Free, many places) or this podcast he did with Saylor. Saif admits Gold was his biggest mistake:  Lex Friedman: Saylor talking over 3 hours, many gems: Preston Pysh:   - Lots of Saylor gems Cathy Merril (Washington Post):   Peter McCormack: https://www.whatbitcoindid.com/podcast/bitcoin-is-digital-energy Me: I just want you to see how many places could be added to your bit finder. Best, -BR
Bitcoin Miami 2023, one of my favorite moments was @npub1wqlz...rnrp when he was with Jack Mallers Adam Paraphrased: "We may be peak Whole coiners where the maximum number of people will ever be able to accumulate one Bitcoin." Full Transcript: Adam Back: "There are one million utxos with one Bitcoin around over and so somebody who owns a Bitcoin one Bitcoin is a whole coiner right and so there are lots of people trying to stack their SATs and get to this one Bitcoin Target. There's this claim right okay this we estimate there's a one million whole coiners and so my kind of immediate thing well that's cool you know like it's nicely reached their target but let's go let's let's get to 10 million whole corners.  Then it dawns on me it's probably not possible because the next nine million people who try to buy Bitcoin will push the price "Out Of Reach" for them to reach their thresholds get to one million to get to a whole coin a status. Somebody else chimed into this kind of organic thread to say you know maybe we're at or very near to Peak hole coiners like the maximum number of people who will ever be able to accumulate a single Bitcoin.  I thought that was a pretty interesting kind of a bullish metric I thought it was cool."
WILY WALLETS I'm risking being an idiot here. I have been studying/reviewing/watching videos/podcasts on the Hot/Cold Wallets for months. For what I need, HODL (without needing to add more BTC to it at this point) I know I need a Cold Wallet. I get it and itshould be a slam dunk? But there are so many damn opinions, podcasters tied to sponsored ones, constant ads. I struggle with the Cold wallets. I simply want to buy a cold wallet and (essentially) lose it for 30 years. Which is the best air gapped Cold Wallet that I never want to dink around with or have to run my own node to verify. I am a software guy, hardware is so boring to me and I have no interest learning. I just want the so called ultimate security. My seed phrase generated once in a fool-proof way. Where I know come fire, rain, or whatever, I (my family) can retrieve my Bitcoin in 2053.) - Hardware goes obsolete - I don't want upgrades, new features, cameras , batteries, USB ports that are long gone in 2053? - Cheapest - Without buying one of these, how can I airgap (using an old iPhone or a digital camera or a pencil) and use paper, to be copied, inscribed in steel (It has worked for the Coca-Cola company for years and can work for my little family?) What did Hal Finney do, before seed phrases even? There has to be an alternative but now the Wallet business is a billion+ strong so it is FUD (Bitcoin) on top of FUD (Cold Wallets, "not your keys...".) This is an enormous issue for Bitcoin adoption to the masses. It has to be simplified. Simple. Easy. A lot of words for a simple question but it's a question that I think has been unaddressed. I am sure I missed the memo or podcast though so blast away but thanks in advance to anyone who can help steer me in the right direction. Long live Bitcoin. Long live NOSTR.
I updated another one of my most popular posts, showing how for years Bitcoiners have been talking/writing about/tweeting "Bitcoin is the only Digital Commodity" based on today's rules on what is deemed a Security and what is deemed a commodity in the United States. Post: "Bitcoin: The Only Digital Commodity" https://bitcoinapolis.blogspot.com/2022/12/bitcoin-only-digital-commodity.html Update: June 11, 2023 An excellent find here from showing how Brian Armstrong admitted to selling unregistered securities. From BitcoinTherapist: Further, this podcast from June 7, 2023: from Natalie Brunell's Coin Stories interviewing Sam Callahan at Swan pointed out the risk of the coins (other than Bitcoin) being unregistered Securities in Coinbase's IPO. Found here: "SEC Sues Binance, Coinbase - Everything You Need To Know, Explained Simply with Sam Callahan"
Bitcoin Prague = Bitcoin Dog? Bitcoin Prague = Bitcoin Info Hog Bitcoin Prague = relentless selfies with lanyards showing actual attendance Bitcoin is not InstaGrammable. Bitcoin is selfless, not selfies. Satoshi would not approve of radio silence on an open source product he gifted the world.
@yellow Small recap of today's "Don't Stop Believing" Podcast Best thing I heard all day. "Explosive" podcast moment here. - Yellow explaining he did NOT send poop to Peter and it wasn't his cat Zuzu. - The old Yellow He sent some carrots 250Kilos, I thought he would like it, he did not. - The HEX guy did it - "Are we clear?" We are "I really did not send the bag of poop." - Yellow on May 31, 2023 @yellow My notes: - Yellow is Yellow, not Brown, he would send pee before poop. - HEX guy (Richard Shart) loves poop/bidets, previous notes sent to Yellow Bathtub Section: " If the multi universe is infinite, there is a a universe out there that Zuzu is Barry and that's what's weird about it, baby Zozo, my cats just went that's. Sorry about that so so. The fuck is? OK. See, that's what cats do when I can find her. Most of the time she has opened like a. See how I found like a? Opening it in a in a in some drawers or closet or something and she's right there like a sleeping for some reason. What did I say? I've seen all that. Global nonsense. I did not. I didn't send. Dear Peter Malaka, go fuck your face and don't forget those every night on that other on the dot. All the bezel appears. Don't stop believing Peter. I did not. The thing is that. If I RT a lot of your stuff just like. Like an inside joke of our SO the guy. Knows that I kind of don't like him, so he will. He will actually think that I did send the book, which I did not. I really did not do do That was a lot of poop. Yeah, we should do it, but. knows that i kind of don't like him so he will he will actually think that i did send the book which i did not i really did not do do that was a lot of poop.
I spent a couple hours on a post that eventually when on here, thinking of a bunch of points I thought were the best. In a few seconds an AI chatbot answered and it was ridiculously good. How exciting, AI is going to make us all at least think better. Every politician will need an AI Assistant attaching a Bitcoin Wallet funded by FIAT campaign funds (unless you are the two candidates whom spoke in MIami.) AI won't trust banks, AI will be the bank, by using Bitcoin.
