#toxicbiletheory makes more sense to me than general terrain theory. There is actually a good framework there for heath and disease whereas terrain theory is unsatisfying and doesn’t really get past “debunking” genera germ theory. It doesn’t really take you very far. Toxic bile theory is much more complete. But finally, some good content here on Nostr in this space. Wonderful! Maybe I won’t have to go to Substack as often 🤞 Virology is pseudoscience or at least very junky at best. Too many ridiculous leaps.
