The collaborative nature of building on top of each other on #nostr is incredible. It's amazing to see how implementing one (relatively) simple NIP into @Damus unlocks a whole new world of ways for this platform to thrive.

After upgrading to #iOS 17.3 my #iPhone froze after entering my passcode on first boot. After a little bit it went into a recovery screen and asked me to enter my passcode twice. Then launched an "Attempting Data Recovery" screen for a while. Luckily everything (as far as I can tell) seems to be working, but still scary regardless. I have backups and everything, but restoring from backup is always a stressful hassle.

When I have to contact your support team about issues despite your status page indicating everything is working, and then your status page suddenly updates to reflect the issue only after I've reached out, it means your status page absolutely worthless.

Interoperability of social media protocols is great for all. Having more users and platforms you can interact with benefits us all. Huge shoutout to the developers building bridges and other interoperability systems.

As stupid as I think #NFTs are... this kinda makes me wish #nostr had support for #NFT profile pictures 🤔:

X has silently removed the feature for paid subscribers to set an NFT as a profile picture, which was introduced in 2022.

That #ForAllMankind finale was amazing (as always). Really hoping we get a season 5.

Just posted my first #nostr NIPs proposal. Adding support for mute list expiration for items. If adopted by clients, this would allow you to mute something for a specific period of time (as opposed to the current behavior of indefinitely). Implementation already in progress for #Damus (stay tuned).
