Informative interview from about a month ago on some of the regulatory aspects on the HK Bitcoin ETFs.
Another video that stimulated my thinking, in a way related to my previous post on debate and criticism, particularly from a bigger economic angle. I'd add I see that there is so much influencer/interview formats, whether of podcasts or video, but mostly seem to be preaching to the choir. I'd predict that some solid debates around Bitcoin, Austrian School and MMT would be popular. Long form debate amongst serious thinkers again from the economic theories angle .
Jeff Booth, Jeff Snider, Dr. Art Laffer......names that initially come to mind but there are many others. Would enjoy hearing a hardcore Austrian School advocate go head to head with a MMT guy and have a Bitcoiner in there to argue against both!
I always seek to find constructive, reasoned criticism of a theory/school of thought in order to not be blinded by naive faith.
Finding such criticism of the Austrian School of Economics has been hard for me over the years, even though economists of the Keynsian/MMT persuasion are so fundamentally at odds with the ideas and arguments of the Austrian School. I seek the debate, the point by point criticism.
A video I have watched of such a debate.
If you know any other such resources please share.π«‘

Was just thinking it would be cool to be able to group my follow list into "topic" type categories. That way if I'm searching for someone that I know I followed in a particular subject I can quickly get a better search for them instead of plowing through hundreds of somewhat nondescript profiles.

Witnessing a situation where someone is losing blood is no fun particularly if there's no one immediately around to offer aid.

How to not trust but verify computer hardware? The large number of mini pc type hardware that is often "no name" but cheap might be an example. So for instance, especially if we are running nodes, shouldn't we be able to consult a trusted "tester" or ideally be able to test ourselves whether the hardware we have doesn't contain any malicious elements. Interested to hear thoughts but as is usually the case, the one person who clicks me a like, will likely be the only feedback I get on this.....so I'll just ponder it myself and research. π
