Every Monday on Finding the NEXTLevel podcast I do an episode on using the DISC model of personality as a tool to help create the life you want.
Today's podcast reveals that each personality type brings to the table on a team.

Hillbilly philosopher. Seeking excellence. I build things.
Some GREAT questions came up from today's podcast. I bet not 1 in 10 people will reflect on these and act on what comes up in order to really change your life to be even better.
1. How would you define the relationship between faith and reality? Is it possible to have faith without acknowledging the present realities?
2. Do you agree that taking action is crucial for changing a situation you dislike? Why or why not? Can you think of any personal experiences that support or challenge this idea?
3. How important do you think mindset and attitude are in determining the outcome of one's life? Can you share any examples from your own life or someone else's life where a positive attitude made a significant difference?
4. Are there any situations in which it might be challenging to choose your attitude and behavior? How can one overcome these challenges?
5. How do you interpret the quote, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result"? Can you think of any personal examples or societal examples that illustrate this idea?
6. Have you ever experienced a situation where making a drastic change or small tweaks led to different results? What did you learn from that experience?
7. How do you think perseverance plays a role in determining the outcome of one's life? Can you think of any famous examples where perseverance played a significant role in someone's success?
8. Do you believe that our actions solely determine the outcome of our lives, or do other factors come into play as well? What role do you think external circumstances play in personal success or failure?
9. How do you feel about the idea that ideas are abundant and can be found in many different sources? How do you actively seek out new ideas and perspectives in your own life?

Commitment MUST have intention behind, and MUST be followed by action if it is to produce anything.
Goals, and a plan of action are a great way to help you follow through on your commitments.
But did you know that different personality styles approach goal setting differently?

Hone your skills, sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, deepen your relationships.
Its up to you.
