Hey nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqpzamhxue69uhhv6t5daezumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6tcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qyghwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnhd9hx2tcewvzaw. The delete note button (Request Deletion) should probably ask for confirmation, instead of just instantly doing it. It's not the kind of action you'd want to accidentally click on.

Nintendo sueing Palworld is a fucking disgrace. Palworld is so incredibly its own game at this point, Nintendo is just acting like an immature bully and I lost a little more respect for them. #nintendo #sueing #palworld #gaming

One of the biggest problems #NOSTR has right now is "discoverability". This is an #algorithm issue. Some might even call the lack of an algorithm a feature. But not even having the option to opt in to an any algorithm is pretty unfortunate. Am I wrong? #asknostr

#nostr clients need a better search feature than simply searching for a username or hashtag. Searching should allow finding old notes that were posted days, weeks, months, or even years ago. Always seeing the latest buzz is cool, but all that information getting lost a couple days later, not so much. #grownostr #nostr #search #damus #amethyst

Real question. Why don't #NOSTR clients use proof of work to mitigate #spam in the network? I know it would drain mobile batteries more, but it wouldn't have to be a huge amount of work. Just like 1 second worth. Linux computers already do something like like when you type in your password to login. The password check is fast enough to not bother the user, but slow enough that trying to brute force a password becomes much more difficult. In the same way, if users needed to wait 1 second to post a new note, no problem. But if spammers needed to do the same constantly, maybe this would start to impose an actual cost (electricity and processing power) on spammers? #asknostr #pow #proofofwork

It's not very "censorship resistant" to break people off into fragmented centralized isolated networks where they can't see each other. NOSTR needs to remain global.
