I'm relatively new to #nostr but since being here, I've come across so many "open source" projects that are apparently solutions to problems that normal users of Bitcoin don't even know exist. But these solutions have problems that create an opportunity for another project to provide a solution to the problem that the previous project created. It seems like a circle jerk and folks argue about everything. If a newbie came to NOSTR looking for information, I'm pretty sure they would leave more confused than when they arrived. If you provide a product or service, customer support should not be handled via X. If you have a website, there should be a clear way to contact someone or open a ticket. @Yopaki @Francisco
