as a sub, i can't just remind my Wife to stop doomscrolling when i notice. instead, i just get down in front of Her and stare intently until i get Her attention. it's a 50% chance i break the spell and get a random task, and a 50% chance She draws me in and makes me sit on the floor and rub Her feet. 100% win.
