#LSU pandemonium in Death Valley yesterday, October 12, 2024, after Ole Miss' season died in overtime at the hands of LSU's QB and receiver 1. After the Tiger defense held Ole Miss to a field goal in Ole Miss' possession to begin OT (after a heroic defensive performance during regulation), the Tigers got the ball and on their first OT play Nussmeier threw a strike to Lacy in the south endzone as helpless Rebel DBs stared in shock. This video starts about 10 seconds after that catch. Tiger Stadium went crazy. It was an ugly game full of penalties, mistakes, and reviewed calls, but it was a memorable entry in the LSU/Ole Miss rivalry. The 2024 season is the 100th season in Tiger Stadium, and the program chose last night's game to celebrate the 100th anniversary. The game was a fitting tribute. #lsufootball #lsutigers
