I spent the day with one of my oldest friends who is back in town for the first time in years. It was great catching up.
I showed him @Bread and Toast Studios to make him realize that this project of mine is more real than just the doodles on a website.
I also tried explaining NOSTR and Zaps, but he didn't seem to "get it". This wasn't new given I told him to buy Bitcoin five years ago. Maybe one day.
We've been friends since we were eight. I still have a lot of love for him. Always will, but it does make me some what sad that the average person won't understand Bitcoin and NOSTR until things get to a "pain point" where they have to. Especially the ones I care about.
