The first thing I do on most is black list everything related to bitcoin. Not because I hate it. Buy because it seems like its all nostr talks about and I'd like to read about something else. When talking about it please avoid talking about it directly or I won't be notified

Bitcoin has governance as decentralized as any other. It's just that they are the community leateders. The fact that BIPs have a number means that there is some trusted person assigning numbers. Sure I can ignore them a make my own BIP32, but sthe same is true for other open source ones like ltc or xmr
