#Plebs tracks views on videos from both logged-in and anonymous viewers. If a viewer is not logged in to the Plebs app, when they click play on a video it generates an ephemeral keypair to automatically sign the view event and save it to Nostr using kind 30078 as outlined in NIP-78.
