Im starting to experiment with fermenting just about everything and anything. So far Blueberries. Next, Ill make my own kimchi and fermented pickles. Super excited about the kimchi.

I dont know if you have ever eaten a steak in a sauna, but thats what im doing in this place. Its 100 °F in this place. The food is really good though 🤷‍♂️😂
