If you order a Martini wet, it means it has Dry Vermouth. If you order a Dry Martini, it just the Gin or Vodka chilled, no vermouth.
2 garnish options (usually), olives 🫒 or Lemon twist .
I am training a whole new barstaff today. After a month of observation in a new bar, I have com tto the conclusion that everyone is making the same cocktail differently. Back to square one for everyone. Here we go.
