Been off X since Sunday when I decided to take a week break because I knew I needed a detox and honestly, WOW. Insane how much that app rots the brain. I love the memes, the breaking news, and the shitposting, but the doomscrolling is clearly not good for my brain. Feel much less anxious, annoyed, and tired without it.
