I would consider myself a healthy eater. Grass fed beef, grass fed lamb, pastured chicken, etc...but you know what hits just right sometimes? Yesterdays grilled hot dog straight out of the fridge. Seperated the ram lambs in preparation for their big trip on processing day. Got the big ram out as well. Still not sure if he will be processed on farm or if he will get a second chance at life on another farm. Going to put put some feelers out...I'd rather have him go onto another farm. One more sorting to go at some point in the next few months as I cull some of the older ewes and possibly a few more lambs. Dont think that I want to go into winter with 14 head.
