The White Paper discusses using a different address after each transaction. This improves privacy. The xpub from HD wallets allows for near infinite number of addresses. Basically, use these wallets to create a new Bitcoin addresses every time you transact.

Interesting discussion (first 30 minutes). Big banks are probably not conspiring against bitcoin. Rather, it’s hard to embrace a new monetary technology with all of the noise (crypto) and when the system is working for you (ie lack of necessity).
