My heart goes out to those who lost funds. So they used a single source random number generator that was bypassed with firmware defaulting to software number generation. This is akin to having a sloppy surgeon who wrecks your procedure. Doesn’t mean all surgeons are bad. Can more vulnerabilities be found? Sure. Will it be the same issue with other manufacturers? Unlikely. Risks/perils are present in all aspects of life. Reality check. You will not be able to mitigate them all. Chill out and move your 🌽 if on CC.
